Deon Senturk is the Founder and Chief Executive of Team Rise, leading the Slashie mentorship platform to help individuals unlock their full potential through meaningful mentor connections. With 25+ years of global experience, she specializes in leadership development, team coaching, and culture transformation across industries.

An affiliated faculty member at SMU Academy, Deon integrates positive psychology into her leadership workshops, fostering resilience and emotional intelligence. Named “CEO of the Year 2020” by APAC Entrepreneur, she also advises global organizations and co-founded Respect SG, a movement reshaping perceptions of the F&B industry.

Passionate about mentorship and giving back, Deon actively supports students and professionals through various mentorship programs.

Danny Loong is a passionate entrepreneur, musician, and creative force behind Timbre Group. From his early days as a professional musician with Ublues to founding Timbre in 2005, Danny has always been dedicated to supporting live music, food culture, and building vibrant communities.

As CEO, he leads Timbre’s exciting ventures, including food parks, music venues, and innovative lifestyle experiences. His commitment to mentorship and industry growth has earned him accolades, including the Singapore Tourism Board’s “Tourism Entrepreneur of The Year” award.

Beyond Timbre, Danny champions local musicians, serves on various industry boards, and continues to perform with his band, Raw Earth. Whether shaping Singapore’s entertainment scene or jamming on stage, Danny’s love for music and creativity shines through in everything he does.
